The Senior Analyst will be responsible for generating insights about the use and effectiveness of various program components, and make  recommendations for improvements to the program that would increase loyalty for particular customer segments. In addition, the  analyst will perform ad-hoc research into the effectiveness of partnerships of the program to measure their contribution on program  goals.


Principal Duties & Responsibilities

Analyzes data sets and extracts key insights using various economic, financial, customer and marketing methodologies.

Synthesizes data, insights, and consumer research to create presentations that make fact-based recommendations.

Assists the Senior Manager, Loyalty Analytics to create materials and insights necessary for senior leaders and our customers.

Develops analytics capabilities across aligned functional areas and properties. Helps identify best practices and ensures they are adhered  to.

Reviews findings with and makes recommendations to the EA leadership and business partners. Assist junior team members with the  generation and discussion of key insights.

Makes recommendations for improvements to Value Measurement process to ensure business cases are adequately reflected.
