It is the primary responsibility of the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead a functional team across the designated client group in alignment the mission and vision of MGM Resorts. The Senior Manager TA will report to the Executive Director of Talent Acquisition, and will lead a team recruiting professionals assigned to properties if MGM Resorts within Las Vegas.  This leader will collaborate with peers to develop and execute on the recruitment strategy for The Company. The Senior Manager TA will interact with key stakeholders and leadership at all levels to ensure both that there is a clear understanding of their unique needs and that actions are in place to ensure that these needs are met.


Principal Duties & Responsibilities

Drive implementation of a result‐oriented comprehensive talent acquisition plan consistent with the strategic vision of MGM Resorts International and Talent Acquisition to support all levels of the MGM Resorts

Coach and mentor the recruiting team, to ensure SLAs and SOPs are met, delivering best‐in‐class recruitment service

Provide dashboard reporting on team’s performance weekly to TA Leadership

Participate in Talent Reviews and workforce planning sessions to ensure TA strategy is aligned with business growth plans

Work with Talent Marketing to ensure execution of recruitment strategy

Build trust with business leadership to be recognized as a strategic business partner and gain insights on operations with clear understanding of the needs and priorities of the properties; serve as the primary point of contact for all assigned client groups, serving as a direct liaison for all stakeholder needs

Lead operational processes within Talent Acquisition to ensure a seamless flow, quality customer service, legal compliance, and staff adherence to established policies and procedures

Lead Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives; engage in self‐directed work, create, and maintain timetables for projects, manage deadlines and resources, and work with a wide degree of creativity and latitude with minimal supervision

Collaborate with other TA Managers as well as cross functional teams including but not limited to Workforce Management, Compensation, and Shared Services to ensure a seamless process that meets the expectations of the clients at all levels

Deliver on an exceptional hiring leader and candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Leverage available tools and technology, making optimization recommendations as needed

Refine and evolve the hiring process through collaboration with leadership to deliver an ever‐improving way to hire
