Principal Duties & Responsibilities | Planning, tracking and supervising projects to meet strategic objectives and to ensure project delivery within budget and on time. | Ensures all division employees are up-to-date on project timelines and deadlines, travel schedules, meeting minutes, and important updates through inter-department communication. | Collaborates with appropriate managers and points-of-contact at Properties and MGMRI Centers of Excellence (COEs) to support operational and logistical requests. | Generates expense reports, travel accommodations, and other routine operational reports for leadership review. | Oversees all general administrative duties for the Executive leadership of the Hospitality Development and Lifestyle departments within the Content, Hospitality, and Development division of MGM Resorts International. | Acts as liaison between division leadership and MGMRI HR functional leaders in Payroll, Compensation, and Benefits, to handle employee issues as needed. | Assists with the onboarding of new hires: SOPs, department guidelines, property tours. |
