Serving as one of the primary contacts for clients during the pre-planning phase through execution of programs post-sale, the Sr Event Project Manager plays a key role in achieving and exceeding revenue targets and enhancing the experiences of guests throughout the client journey. The candidate will work independently to ensure all event requirements and client requests are facilitated to standards from event pre-planning through event execution. This position is an active MREP ambassador for the company and within the events and production industry. Principal Duties & Responsibilities | Manages all strategic and operational planning direct with clients while overseeing all event logistics, operation and timelines based on the overall scope of the highest grossing, most high profile and multi-faceted events. | Directs operational meetings with clients and for internal teams and vendors and ensures all communication loops are closed between all parties. | Works alongside the Sr. Account Manager, and individually to execute events from the start of pre-planning, and develop creative solutions within the budget, time, and venue constraints for clients as assigned, while fostering relationships with clients, internal/property departments, vendors, etc. | Manages client event order from point of sign off or earlier for changes, additions, adjustments and all purchasing, spend and financial reconciliation tracking. | Develops and maintains a global understanding of MGMRI properties and local Las Vegas venues, understanding venue capabilites, structure and layouts for event installation operation. | Leads and collaborates with all teams on-site at event installations and strikes and provides quick turn creative client resolutions as needed, and manages event order changes. | Participates in and leads critique in final walk through with clients and support required reasonable changes, additions, and removals as needed. |
