This position will also take part in the strategic planning of the growth initiative roadmap and report out on campaign results. This candidate will report to the Director of Brand Marketing and partners with the Brand Marketing COE. | | | | | |
Principal Duties & Responsibilities | Project manage, plan and execute marketing campaigns for the property and property venue partners, managing the day‐to‐day campaign development and partnering closely with marketing COEs & operations teams. | Develops, executes and optimizes integrated media strategies related to MGMRI’s strategic growth and innovation initiatives in collaboration with internal teams, media agency of record and COE. | Maintains a profound understanding of property vertical, corporate initiative and partner business objectives and marketing/media needs, while also ensuring that media campaign activity is transparent to the property/corporate/partner teams. | Collaborate with property teams to manage marketing executions aligned to strategy. | Serves as a subject matter expert, creating recommendations for campaigns, corporate and partner marketing contacts, communicating campaign performance and proactively identifies areas for improvement/optimization. | Partner with central marketing teams to develop creative materials required for marketing plans to ensure delivery of creative assets per brief, and quality check content. | Audit website/3rd party content and aggregate required changes to ensuring content on website is 100% accurate and up to date. | Partner with central marketing teams to develop creative materials required for marketing plan to ensure delivery of creative assets per brief, and quality check content. | Negotiates and executes integrated in‐market media placements, and programmatic digital buys, employing audience/behavioral segmentation, retargeting and sequential messaging to understand the impact of these new strategies. | Coordinates the workflow of internal/external resources and industry/discipline specific insights to execute property, vertical and corporate campaigns; Partners with Brand Marketing to ensure that campaign deliverables are executed and trafficked with the team correctly. |
