This role will elevate our data structures, provide marketing strategy advice, and create thorough analytics reporting suite covering the entire customer journey, including both land-based and online gaming. This position demands advanced technical skills in data and analytics and the ability to convey actionable insights through effective data storytelling. The Senior Manager will collaborate extensively with both internal and external stakeholders to establish and evaluate strategic goals, thereby maximizing the relationship's value. Principal Duties & Responsibilities | Create and maintain a work environment that promotes client service, teamwork, performance feedback, individual recognition, mutual respect, and employee satisfaction, ensuring quality hiring, training, and succession planning processes that encompass the company's diversity commitment. | Act as a deep analytical thought leader, driving insights, tools, and capabilities at the intersection of online and land-based marketing programs. | Develop and utilize data models to improve omnichannel strategy and advance projects in support of internal and external business goals. | Translate complicated business questions into structured analysis and effectively communicate insights and findings to non-technical audiences. | Analyze complex datasets to identify business trends, campaign performance, A/B test results, and customer behavior. | Manage Human Resources responsibilities for the specific assigned areas. | Establish and communicate priorities, set performance objectives, provide direction, and hold staff accountable to commitments. | Continuously enhance the team's tools, capabilities, and analytical methodologies. | Assist in creating and evaluating strategic marketing goals and campaigns to maximize omnichannel customer engagement. | Collaborate with internal and BetMGM data teams to ensure data accuracy and availability for analytics, continuously enhancing our data-sharing efforts with BetMGM. | Support the Director of Analytics in communicating recommended strategies to senior leaders and anticipating future customer needs. |
