The candidate reports directly to the Executive Director of Talent Development and collaborates closely on the effectiveness of leadership programming and its impact on the business, employee retention, and engagement. The Sr Partner facilitates programming in both an instructor-led and virtual instructor-led classroom setting and oversees the ongoing effectiveness of specific classroom elements delivered by the learning team. The Senior Learning Leadership Development Programming partner role requires a deep understanding of leadership development, strong communication skills, and the ability to drive program success while aligning training initiatives with organizational goals. In addition, the candidate focuses on enterprise-wide project management and ensuring smooth delivery of learning content, removing barriers to delivery effectiveness while working directly with key stakeholders to meet business and learning needs. This position serves as a primary point of contact for all property, Las Vegas, regional, and corporate partners and a direct liaison for all stakeholder needs regarding the programming they oversee. | | | | | |
Principal Duties & Responsibilities | Facilitate learning programs and content delivery across multiple formats (classroom and virtual) of new leaders/leadership programming enterprise wide. | Manage the day-to-day delivery of programming across all properties and entities, including scheduling, material preparation, setup, technology, and resource allocation. | Support programming learning reinforcements (nudges) through the program/participate lifecycle. | Lead the project management of learning initiatives from design, development, implementation, and execution, ensuring compliance with timelines, resources, and budgets. | Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and Centers of Excellence (COE) leaders to identify learning needs, gaps, and solutions tailored to organizational requirements and program learning goals. | Monitor and track learning performance and business impact through metrics, using data to refine and improve learning strategies. | Serve as the primary liaison between various stakeholders, ensuring that all learning initiatives are aligned with business goals and operational needs. | Coordinate the deployment of the Learning Management System (LMS) to track and report learning outcomes, progress, compliance, and skills gaps. Ensure stakeholder knowledge and usage of reporting metrics related to programming goals. | Work with senior leadership teams to assess training effectiveness, providing feedback and recommendations for continuous improvement. |
