The Recruitment Sourcer will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent for both immediate and long-term hiring needs. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for market expertise whereby inclusive of talent mapping to stay competitive and ahead of hiring trends. This position executes the company's core service standards, brand attributes, and sustainability initiatives. All duties are to be performed in accordance with department policies, practices, and procedures. | | | | | |
Principal Duties & Responsibilities | Proactively identify, source, and engage with candidates for challenging, hard-to-fill, and niche roles across various departments within the company. | Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for medium-to-high priority roles, ensuring that qualified candidates are ready for immediate and future hiring needs. | Conduct market research and talent mapping to understand the competitive landscape, identify key talent pools, and assess industry trends to support proactive hiring strategies. | Work closely with Recruiters to understand job requirements, ensure a seamless sourcing strategy, and contribute to the overall recruitment efforts. | Engage in initial candidate outreach, screenings, and assessments to ensure the best possible matches for open roles. Prepare candidates for interviews by providing detailed information about job expectations and company culture. | Keep candidate or prospect information updated in the Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) system, track progress, and ensure all data is accurate and compliant with hiring practices. | Actively engage with online talent communities, attend networking events, and use social media platforms like LinkedIn to build relationships with potential candidates. | Stay informed about the latest sourcing trends, tools, and best practices to improve sourcing strategies and efficiency. |

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities | KSAs | Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, social media, and niche job boards. | Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. | Strong research and analytical skills to identify, assess, and engage top talent. | Familiarity with ATS systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Hiretual, etc.). | Problem Solving: Ability to think creatively and outside the box to solve complex sourcing challenges and identify new candidate pools. | Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and other internal teams. | Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. |
