The Senior Gift Card Program Manager is responsible for assisting the Executive Director of Financial Partnerships with the overall gift card program strategy, as well as leading the marketing and program operations. The Senior Gift Card Program Manager will also serve as the primary point of contact for all internal and external gift card partners. The Senior Gift Card Program Manager will leverage multiple cross functional teams to help drive the growth of the Gift Card Program(s). This position will also assist with additional financial partnerships as needed. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and MGM Resorts policies, practices and procedures.


Principal Duties & Responsibilities

Oversee the day‐to‐day and operations management of all gift card products.

Collaborate with Brand Marketing, PR/Social Media, Paid Media, Property Marketing, and Digital Ventures teams to manage all gift card marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including 1st and 3rd party channels.

Collaborate with Marketing teams and distribution partners in developing and executing promotional campaigns.

Assist in the creation marketing plans including strategies, measurable objectives, and tactics.

Drive 3rd party retail (grocery, pharmacy, big box, online) and B2B distribution (incentive houses, online gift card malls) growth opportunities in collaboration with gift card processor.

Lead and manage implementation of new programs and product enhancements in collaboration with Properties, Contact Center, IT, Legal, Accounting, Audit, Compliance, Fraud, Security, and external stakeholders.

Host monthly business review with VP Loyalty Marketing and Executive Director Financial Partnerships to present internal reporting, analysis and insights around activations, redemptions, incremental spend, new customer acquisition, and other performance metrics.

Assists in ensuring achievement of program targets and KPIs including management of annual operating budget.

Evaluate programs regularly by interpreting data, identifying trends, and making actionable recommendations for continual improvement based on feedback from gift card buyers, users, and partners.

Assist the Executive Director of Financial Partnerships with additional partners as needed, including helping with marketing, reporting or operational needs.
