It is the primary responsibility of the Ticketing Supervisor to oversee the daily operations and the supervision of daily utilization of casino tickets buy for arenas, village and festival lots, and any other similar purchases for the company.


Principal Duties & Responsibilities

Maintain and communicate all ticket information to all properties

Aide in processing orders from executives

Provide daily pace reports on all events to management

Manage and maintain all shows regarding building, blocking, allocating, etc.

Execute all necessary items handled in the ticketing system related to casino tickets

Manage time and maintain deadlines given by managers, follow through on all projects, and communicate with  management regarding status of projects

Supervise staff to include training, coaching, performance feedback, administering discipline, weekly scheduling, approve or  decline PTO, payroll, etc., create a work environment that promotes teamwork, recognition, mutual respect and employee  satisfaction

Facilitate staff compliance for all safety and required training

Able to lead and mentor a team

Basic knowledge of computer software to include Outlook, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint as well as office equipment,  i.e. telephone, copier, fax machine

Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts
