Principal Duties & Responsibilities | Act as a critical liaison between technical teams and business users, translating technical capabilities into actionable business insights. | Advocate for customer needs in data-related decisions and ensure alignment with revenue optimization goals. | Champion the needs of internal and external customers, ensuring that data-related decisions align with broader revenue optimization and business goals. | Facilitate workshops and feedback sessions to understand stakeholder requirements and continuously improve data practices. | Manage and ensure the accuracy, consistency, and accessibility of data assets across systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data assets with organizational objectives and business needs. Bridges technical and business perspectives, enabling seamless collaboration. | Develop and enforce data governance practices, including standards, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. | Monitor and maintain data quality across platforms, resolving discrepancies and ensuring consistency. Standardize data formats and practices across platforms to ensure consistency and reliability in reporting and analytics. | Innovation and insights, leveraging advanced analytics and tools to identify opportunities for improving data utilization and quality. Support the implementation of adaptive pricing models, forecasting tools, and other revenue management initiatives. | Oversee the lifecycle of organizational data assets, ensuring their accuracy, consistency, and accessibility across diverse systems. | Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that data assets align with organizational objectives, business strategies, and user needs. | Continuously evaluate data repositories to identify gaps, redundancies, or improvement opportunities. | Drives actionable insights to optimize revenue strategies and financial performance and establishes a scalable and adaptable framework for data asset management to meet future needs. | Establish and maintain data quality metrics, utilizing automated and manual processes to detect and resolve discrepancies.
