Job Profile Title: | Mgr Live Streaming | Job Code: | 12370 | Profile Title: | 12370 Mgr Live Streaming | Grade / Band: | L1 | FLSA Status: | Exempt | As a Team Manager for the live streaming studio, you will be responsible for the hiring, training, and management of the Game Presenter staff, as well as other administrative functions for the operation of the live streaming studio. You will develop and facilitate an in-depth training program matching the unique nature of the live streaming service, hire and train the team of Game Presenters and Supervisors, and oversee the operation and conduct of the live games for the live streaming service. Through ongoing supervision of the Game Presenters and review of operational guidelines, you will conduct additional practical training as needed to reduce errors and improve overall team performance. You will also be responsible for overseeing staff scheduling, resolving guest complaints, and other operational tasks to ensure department and regulatory standards are met. The Team Manager will help foster a team culture of collaboration, professionalism, and guest service through their engaging leadership. Principal Duties & Responsibilities | Maintains appropriate staffing level of Game Presenters and Supervisors based on scheduling needs. Screens, interviews, and hires candidates. | Facilitates in-depth training program for employees matching the unique nature of the live streaming service. Develops additional training programs as-needed for new games, procedures, guest service standards, etc. | Evaluate performance based on observation and guest feedback, provide coaching and additional training for Supervisors and Game Presenters. | Ensure team adheres to game policies and procedures; implement and train team on new rules, games, and procedures as-needed. | Oversee staff schedules to ensure appropriate game coverage at all times, create and submit daily operational reports required by the department. | Resolve guest issues promptly as-needed, escalate and/or resolve technical issues as they arise. | Maintain high level of guest service and employee engagement through fostering a culture of cooperation, accountability, and professionalism; recognize employees for exhibiting these behaviors and other accomplishments. |
