As a Game Supervisor, you will be responsible for directly supervising the operation and conduct of the live games for our live streaming service. You will help hire and train Game Presenters and provide ongoing coaching and training to Game Presenters to maintain a professional and fun atmosphere for customers. You will be responsible for overseeing staff scheduling, resolving guest complaints, and other operational tasks to ensure department and regulatory standards are met. All duties are to be performed in accordance with federal, state, local laws, regulations, and ordinances, as well as department and Company policies, practices, and procedures.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities
Manage performance of Game Presenters to ensure that superior customer service is provided to players with a high degree of proficiency.
Assist in the creation of policies, standard operating procedures, and performance metrics for the department based on operational requirements, regulations, and MGMRI service standards.
Assist in the hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training of Game Presenter staff on department policies and procedures as-needed.
Handle escalated guest complaints in a timely and professional manner, maintaining MGMRI’s guest service standards.
Immediately correct any mistakes made by Game Presenters or through technical issue, collect necessary information and prepare reports related to mistakes.
Monitor game environment to identify potential technical issues and escalate appropriately. Prepare shift schedules for games, Game Presenter assignments and step-in as Game Presenter when needed.
Maintain a professional and positive work atmosphere for the Game Presenter staff.

Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal forms.
Ability to multi-task and work independently in a face paced, team-oriented environment.
Excellent organizational skills to function effectively under time constraints and within established deadlines, with particular attention to detail.
Effective listening abilities with strong judgment skills.
Basic to Intermediate math skills.
Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with customers in a live streaming environment.
Ability to maintain a professional demeanor, including manner of speech, appearance, and posture in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to deal with potential guest conflicts professionally, maintaining MGMRI’s guest service standards.
Experience with Microsoft Office 365 suite of software (Outlook, Excel, etc.)
