Principal Duties & Responsibilities | Develop creative briefs into engaging, platform-specific content for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and more, ranging from quick social-native clips to polished multimedia productions. | Lead projects end-to-end, including ideation, art direction, filming, editing, and post-production, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery. | Collaborate closely with creative directors, social media teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to align and elevate content strategy. | Monitor and integrate cultural trends, leveraging agile production techniques, professional gear, and AI-driven tools to maintain creative relevance. | Ensure content complies with brand standards, legal requirements, and platform best practices, securing necessary rights and clearances. |
