The Senior Manager of the Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) leads the 24/7/365 global security monitoring, incident response, and intelligence functions for the organization. This role is responsible for operational excellence, strategic direction, and the evolution of the GSOC into a fully integrated fusion center model that unifies physical security, threat intelligence, business continuity, insider risk, and crisis management capabilities. The Senior Manager ensures the protection of company personnel, assets, operations, and reputation worldwide.

Direct all daily operations of the Global Security Operations Center, ensuring 24/7 situational awareness, threat monitoring, and incident response.

Serve as the senior operational lead for global security incidents, coordinating cross functional response and ensuring timely, accurate reporting to leadership. Partner with business continuity, legal, HR, IT security, and regional security teams to ensure unified response to critical events.

Lead and mentor GSOC analysts, supervisors, and technical staff; maintain a high performance culture focused on accuracy, efficiency, and sound judgment.

Lead the design and implementation of a future fusion center model that consolidates intelligence, investigations, insider threat, and crisis response functions. Oversee technology platforms and automation solutions.

Establish and enforce GSOC operational standards, SOPs, escalation protocols, and quality assurance programs.

Oversee future global alarm monitoring, travel risk management, executive protection support, and emergency communications.

Maintain and continuously improve incident management frameworks, communication protocols, and after action review processes.

Develop and maintain dashboards and products tailored to both executive leadership and operational teams.

Drive modernization initiatives such as AI assisted analytics, automation, and data fusion capabilities. Collaborate with IT and cybersecurity teams to ensure secure, resilient, and scalable GSOC infrastructure.

Develop and maintain KPIs, metrics, and reporting frameworks that demonstrate GSOC performance efficiency and risk reduction impact.

Ensure compliance with global regulations, privacy requirements, and internal policies.

Support executive protection, travel security, and major corporate events with intelligence and operational coordination.

Proof of eligibility to work in the United States

Bachelor's Degree

Intelligence Studies, Political Science, National Security, Criminal Justice, International Studies, security management, emergency management or related field

5+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience

Investigative, security management, emergency management, Intelligence Analyst, or analytics intelligence tradecraft (or similar position)

Managing GSOC, intelligence, or fusion center operations

PgMP, PMP, PMI-RMP, Lean Six Sigma or similar - Certifications.

Investigative or Intelligence experience with law enforcement, military, and/or Fusion Center environment.

Working knowledge of data privacy laws relevant to GSOC operations, state gaming commission regulations, and surveillance operations.

High-level working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Case Management Systems.

Deep understanding of global security operations, threat analysis, crisis management, and risk mitigation. Ability to anticipate emerging threats and translate them into actionable strategies.

Strong familiarity with GSOC technologies: VMS, access control, incident management platforms, mass notification systems, and intelligence tools to further develop the GSOC.

Knowledge of, intelligence production, insider threat programs, and fusion center best practices.

Understanding of global geopolitical risk, corporate governance, and regulatory environments in the United States and overseas areas of operation.

Exceptional leadership and team building skills, with experience managing 24/7 operational teams.

Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities, especially under pressure. Ability to lead during high stress, time sensitive incidents with clarity and authority.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive level briefings.

Skilled in incident management, decision making, and cross functional coordination.

Proficiency in developing SOPs, workflows, and operational frameworks. Ability to design and scale complex operational programs across global environments.

Ability to build trust and influence senior leaders, technical teams, and external partners. Excellent customer service skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities, long term projects, and real time operational demands.
