All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and property policies, practices, and procedures. | | | | | |
Principal Duties & Responsibilities | Drive / Operate company vehicles, specialized carts, landscaping related equipment and or Forklift/Pallet jack to transport materials and equipment as directed, to include loading, unloading and moving supplies and material to designated areas | Expedite and direct day to day assignments while working with the crew on exterior/interior daily tasks or projects (example: trimming, weeding, raking, planting, watering, digging, trenching, irrigation repair and installation, fertilization, planting, water, laying sod, trash/debris clean up) or any other landscaping related duty as needed | Analyze and monitor all interior or exterior landscape, new and established, for evidence of disease or insect infestation and Plant Health Care (PHC) and administer removal, proper pruning, fertilizers, insecticides as needed | Initiate/Receive supply and material orders/deliveries and communicate inventory needs to Management | Maintain cleanliness, safety and order in all storage, public and common work areas including all tools and equipment stored or used in these areas | Assists with teaching laborers and gardeners on proper practices and safety procedures | Assists on Golf Course Grounds during times of need |
