The Dancer set the stage for guest experience with a welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, the candidate will own their experience to create WOW memories that will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities
Able to freestyle dance and improvise in role
Engage and interact with guests, act as the emcee, and promote venue by engaging guests on the casino floor and bystanders and handing out promotional items
Dance and perform various shows in costume
Learn an indefinite number of routines to perform
Teach their role to new employees when requested by Dance Captain or above
Exercise reasonable care with costumes and report any damage or repair issues to wardrobe and costumes department

Performs other job-related duties as requested
Proof of eligibility to work in the United States

KSAs
Dance training in jazz, tap, ballet, hip-hop
Able to maintain excellent physical condition
Possess the ability to perform with excellent coordination and motor skills
Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal forms
Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts
Maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance adhering to company standards
