All duties are performed in accordance with department guest service standards and MGM Resorts International policies, practices and procedures. | | | | | |
Principal Duties & Responsibilities | Provide excellent service consistent with the property's core service standards and brand | Partner with managers to have a thorough understanding of each program assigned. | Answer and direct all incoming telephone calls with a smile; assist in responding to customer correspondence and requests | Prepare guest reservations and guest amenities | Input program information into Amadeus/Delphi including notes, events, updates, etc. | Maintain files and access to highly sensitive and confidential information | Assist in the handling of clients of the assigned Director and/or Manager as needed in his/her absence | Manage catering inquiries, including phone and email communication with clients | Prepare and distribute the Daily Event Sheet from the BEOs to all departments | Complete and distribute reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis | Accurately prepare the BEOs to meet specifications given by clients and/or Managers and process all changes in a timely manner | Perform other duties as requested by assigned Director and/or Manger |
