All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and MGM Resort international policies, practices, and procedures. | | | | | |
Principal Duties & Responsibilities | Receive materials that have been ordered from the warehouse and dock | Organize and prioritize projects as they are requested | Prepare take-offs and estimates for projects | Complete all jobs as assigned by Dispatch and Management | Oversee the completion of all work performed by facilities technicians, laborers and engineers | Advise manager of all work orders and/or projects currently being worked on, the scheduling of projects, and materials needed for such projects | Maintain a constant awareness of safety and accident prevention | Respond to hotel emergency calls, assist in expediting repairs to ensure guest and employee safety and comfort | Establish and maintain effective working relationship with all departments within Off-site properties | Ensure all equipment and work areas are kept clean, neat and orderly at all times | Maintain knowledge of materials used by various technical trades in the department | Perform other job-related duties as requested |
