Principal Duties & Responsibilities | Dispatch Bell Persons as appropriate to meet guest’s orders and requests | Keep an accurate record of bell desk activities | Provide a full array of guest information services, such as special orders for flowers and balloons, wedding information, newspapers, car rentals, hotel tours, business center operations, arena events center, etc. | Serve as Bell Starter by designating Bell Persons to assist arriving and departing guests with their luggage requirements | Receive phone calls by registered guests requesting information, services and deliveries | Ensure all checked luggage is properly stored and tagged and claim checks are issued to appropriate guests | Resolve guest concerns and problems | Perform other job-related duties as requested |
