This role involves but is not limited to handling cash and credit transactions, maintaining accurate registers and ensuring compliance with casino and regulatory standards. The cashier also supports F&B operations by assisting with stocking areas such as bakery, maintaining cleanliness, and delivering exceptional guest service. | | | | | |
Principal Duties & Responsibilities | Provide courteous and professional guest service by greeting guests, addressing inquiries about menu items, promotions, or casino offerings, and resolving or escalating concerns as needed. | Accurately process guest transactions (cash, credit, vouchers, player comps, promotions). | Balance cash drawer and reconcile sales at the beginning and end of each shift. | Ensure compliance with company policies, gaming regulations, and cash handling procedures. | Maintain the cleanliness and organization of all workstations and surrounding areas. |
