Work with sensitive material and must be able to maintain confidentiality while providing excellent guest service. All duties are to be performed in accordance with federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and ordinances, as well as department and Company policies, practices, and procedures. | | | | | |
Principal Duties & Responsibilities | Ensure gaming revenues are accurately accounted for which includes entering data into a computer, recording, calculating, summarizing numbers, and reviewing documents for proper completion. | Responsible for organization and filing of documents. | Perform a variety of accounting, record keeping and clerical functions in the Accounting department. | Ensure compliance with Division of Gaming regulations and internal control standards. | Perform meter readings of slot machines as required by regulators | Assist with providing quality customer service ensuring all requests are processed on a timely basis | Promote, develop and maintain effective communication, interaction, and excellent relationship with internal customers, including ensuring their requirements are identified and consistently met. |
