Principal Duties & Responsibilities | Supervise conversion operations | Supervise the conversion staff and temporary on call labor | Work closely with management staff and department supervisors during event planning stages | Maintain all staging, seating and bleacher components, the basketball court, hockey dasher systems and installation equipment, as well as backstage equipment and spaces if applicable (i.e. dressing room furniture, coolers, etc.) | Supervise the routine and process for all daily, weekly, monthly and seasonal duties | Verify policies including safety, productivity, and reliability are enforced | Maintain, repair, and restore equipment, systems, seating and bleachers | Use the tools and procedures provided by the management team to manage inventory and equipment |

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities | KSAs | Experience in computerized/automated time clock software | Knowledge of staging and production equipment | Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal forms | Ability to multi-task and work well in a fast paced, team-oriented environment | Basic knowledge of computer software to include Outlook, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint as well as office equipment, i.e. telephone, copier, fax machine | Effective listening abilities with strong judgment skills | Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts | Maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance adhering to company standards |
