You will also set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. Principal Duties & Responsibilities | Supervise the valet services team to include efficient staffing, employee development and training, performance management and policy enforcement | Supervise the valet and guest service employees, ensure employees are properly trained and follow established safety standards | Conducts periodic inspections of valet-designated parking areas | Lead the pre-shift meetings for valet/guest service employees | Compensate guests within, for service-related inconveniences | Responsible for necessary staffing adjustments in order to properly accommodate guest | Regulate the movement and flow of traffic to ensure the casino provides efficient and effective guest services and avoids traffic congestion and delays | Respond effectively to guest inquiries providing excellent guest service | Resolve guest complaints within scope of authority; otherwise refers the matter to management; notify supervisor and/or Security of unusual events |
