Job Profile Title: | Supv HR Shared Svcs | Job Code: | 10603 | Profile Title: | 10603 Supv HR Shared Svcs | Grade / Band: | 09 | FLSA Status: | Exempt | The Supv HR Shared Svcs is responsible for supervising the daily operations of HRSS to include accurate completion of workload and within our service level agreement for all of MGM resorts international. The candidate provides support in the implementation of standardized policies and practices that are associated with HR Shared Services and works closely with the HRSS Director, HRSS Managers, and the Center of Excellence business partners. All duties are to be performed in accordance with federal, state, local laws, regulations, and ordinances, as well as departmental and MGM Resorts International policies, practices and procedures. | | | | | |
Principal Duties & Responsibilities | Oversee daily workforce and scheduling management to ensure appropriate coverage, timely service delivery, and adherence to operational demands. | Participate in HR systems testing, ensuring accuracy, functionality, and minimal disruption to operations prior to deployment. | Conduct regular quality reviews and audits of work to ensure accuracy, consistency, policy compliance, while maintaining a high-quality employee experience. | Provide ongoing performance management, including regular one-on-one meetings, coaching, feedback, and the administration of progressive discipline in accordance with company policy and employment regulations. | Foster employee engagement through consistent communication, recognition & collaboration | Oversee the training, onboarding, and continued development of team members to ensure knowledge proficiency. | Identify opportunities for continuous improvement by analyzing workflows, trends, and performance outcomes and partner with manager to implement. | Intake escalations from team members. | Responsible for onboarding new team members. |
