The Supervisor is a leadership liaison between the Workforce Management Specialists and management. | | | | | |
Principal Duties & Responsibilities | Train and enhance the Workforce Management Specialists’ skills to improve scheduling solutions as well as their personal growth | Collaborate with department schedulers and department managers to ensure accurate staffing levels and to formulate efficiency strategies | Devise scheduling enhancements and create new business models | Discover new best practices to best utilize staffing while following current labor agreements and regulations | Adhere to all ethical and equity when managing WFM Specialists and various department inquiries | Balance specialists’ workloads between weekly scheduling and daily operations | Ensure the Workforce Management team’s completion of daily schedule operations, such as leave requests and call outs |
