Job Profile Title: | Specialist VIP | Job Code: | 10645 | Profile Title: | 10645 Specialist VIP | Grade / Band: | 08 | FLSA Status: | Non-Exempt | It is the responsibility of the Casino VIP Services Specialist to work under the guidance of the Casino VIP Services Manager and assist in the operations of Casino VIP Services during periods of high business demand, illness, and scheduled vacations. Specific functions include: provide leadership, motivation, enthusiasm, direction and support for Casino VIP Services Representatives. The Specialist will ensure that suites are being utilized to the highest level of efficiency. All duties are performed in accordance with the departmental and property policies, practices, and procedures, as well as within the framework and intent of the property Mission Statement. | | | | | |
Principal Duties & Responsibilities | Assists in the daily operations of the Casino VIP Services Office, Direct Marketing, Casino Host Desk, and National Marketing | Coordinates events and groups in terms of: Reservation processing and coding, and pre-arrival suite blocking | Review suites, Hakkasan, Wet Republic, SkyLofts, and Mansions on a daily basis to ensure they are being booked in an efficient manner allowing for maximum revenue increasing opportunities and to avoid loss of revenue | Create, maintain, and distribute suite reports on a regular basis to various Executives | Schedules and attends all suite committee meetings with various Casino Marketing Executives and makes necessary changes quickly and efficiently | Reviews and replies to all requests for suite allocations from various other departments within The Property. Responsible for knowing future events, holidays, and concerts at all times so as to make appropriate decisions when replying to requests for suites |
