This position will partner closely with the Manager(s) Entertainment Showroom & Ticket Sales to ensure the delivery of guest service that aligns with the Company's core service standards and will continue to build and strengthen relationships with both show partners and property partners. | | | | | |
Principal Duties & Responsibilities | Manage property ticket sales and box offices for assigned venues, maintain two-way dialogue with corporate ticketing on inventory and yield management | Manage front of house operations for showrooms, theaters, and other property events; maintain solid and professional relationship with show partners | Manage Human Resources responsibilities to include: create and maintain a work environment that promotes client service, teamwork, performance feedback, individual recognition, mutual respect, and employee satisfaction ensuring quality hiring, training, and succession planning processes that encompass the Company’s diversity commitment | Drive employee engagement and guest experience through coaching, training and development; develop, lead, and maintain training programs for frontline teams to enhance service standards and guest experience | Assist in managing departmental budgeting/forecasting and supporting documentation for both management, show partner, and client review | Assist in managing talent, show partner, and client relationships and provide continued support as needed |
