This position manages the delivery of guest service with the company core service standards as well as continuing to build and strengthen relationships with both show partners and property partners. | | | | | |
Principal Duties & Responsibilities | Assist in covering basic floor duties of management if the Manager is not present, such as comping concessions, assigning stations, and authorizing early outs, as per established protocols; complete pre and/or post event reports and equipment | Assist in pre-event briefings with event staff in accordance with direction and information from department leadership | Create and maintain employee schedules and adjust station assignments to ensure proper coverage | Ensure that all equipment is checked out appropriately, properly utilized by staff and checked back in | Ensure the transaction responsibilities are handled in accordance with established procedures, i.e. handling of tickets, seating of customers, answering questions | Monitor and maintain inventory and stock of all equipment and supplies | Monitor staff interactions with guests at all events to ensure high levels of service |
