As a Mini Bar Supervisor, you will be responsible for day-to-day operations and ensure departmental efficiency and effectiveness. You will also set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW memories they will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities
Participate in hiring practices and standards
Develop, train and mentor staff to ensure departmental standards and goals are understood and met
Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure maximum departmental efficiency and effectiveness
Resolve guest disputes on billing through collaboration with Front Desk and Hotel accounting departments
Follow proper guidelines on food safety
Issue employee commendations and disciplinary actions

Proof of eligibility to work in the United States

Work Experience
Experience	Experience Details	Required/ Preferred
2+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience	Supervisory or managerial experience, in a high-volume hotel	Required

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
KSAs
Basic knowledge of computer software to include Outlook, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint as well as office equipment, i.e. telephone, copier, fax machine
Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts
