Principal Duties & Responsibilities | Create a work environment that promotes teamwork, performance feedback, recognition, mutual respect, and employee satisfaction | Keep the Director or Manager informed on all pertinent information related to the department and report irregularities and problems as they occur, and document situations as they occur | Knowledgeable of and enforces department and hotel standards to reach business and property goals | Perform various administrative tasks including but not limited to: preparing and distributing reports, and working directly with guests when business volumes dictate | Supervise the daily operation of the concierge team to include human resources responsibilities, staffing levels to ensure maximum efficiency, and respond to guest service interactions |
