With a focus on both operational excellence and personalized service, you will coordinate front-of-house logistics and premium offerings while leading a team that delivers professional, polished, and anticipatory hospitality. Principal Duties & Responsibilities | Train, manage, and oversee part-time event staff, ensuring high-quality performance and service during events. | Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, tenants, subcontractors, and facility guests, ensuring clear and effective communication regarding staff and services. | Supervise the Guest Services Desk and ensure smooth operations, responding to inquiries and providing information as needed. | Maintain inventory of event-related equipment, contribute to budgetary planning, and ensure equipment is used efficiently. | Create event estimates, manage staff scheduling based on event needs, and ensure appropriate coverage. | Oversee uniform control, including ordering and maintaining inventory to ensure staff readiness. | Collaborate with the Event Manager and Premium & Groups Manager to develop and execute customized VIP experiences, including Meet & Greets and pre-show events. | Identify operational improvements, provide recommendations to management for increased efficiency and profitability, and coordinate VIP check-ins and special requests during events. |
