Additionally, you are responsible for daily guest satisfaction and interaction in the Entertainment Lounge and other areas where live entertainment performs. | | | | | |
Principal Duties & Responsibilities | Performs, but not limited to, the following: setup, operation, strike, inventory, construction and maintenance of all types of audio, lighting, staging and musical equipment used in entertainment area/events | Ensures live entertainment talent has the equipment and technical assistance necessary to perform. | Periodically operates camera equipment. | Works diligently to support the S.H.O.W. Service Basic Standards culture and team philosophy throughout the property |

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities | KSAs | Ability to lift and/or carry equipment, scenery or supplies weighing up to 75 pounds | Ability to climb a ladder or stairs | Ability to work at heights up to 50’ above the ground | Must be able to drive a scissor lift | Must be able to sit for up to 50% of the shift | Must be able to walk for up to 50% of the shift | Must be able to operate electric motors, hydraulic motors, “follow spots”, lighting control boards, sound mixing consoles, microphones, equalizers and other musical equipment | Will need to manipulate an electric saw, hammer, drill, screwdriver, pliers, wrenches, soldering irons, wire strippers and other hand tools. | Must be able to work around loudspeakers, hazer and smoke machines, electricity and paint | Will have to communicate effectively via telephone, radio and headset intercom system | Will need to be able to bend and/or reach from ground level up to 6’ high | Must be able to push and/or pull scenery or carts weighing up to 200 pounds | Will require crawling 5 to 10 feet in order to get scenery setup up | Must be able to kneel to set up scenery | Excellent analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills | Well-developed inter-personal skills |
