Production Lead will oversee receiving and returning of all rental and venue owned gear or supplies. All duties are to be performed in accordance with the company's policies, practices, and procedures, as well as within the framework and intent of the company's service standards. | | | | | |
Principal Duties & Responsibilities | Assist production manager with daily duties to include show billing, scheduling labor, and show advancement | Lead stagehand or conversion labor to complete assigned tasks | Ensure on call/ temporary and technical personnel respect standards and regulations regarding the safety of theatre equipment and apply safe work methods. | Provide support and assistance to other technical areas in the theatre or on property as needed | Overseeing trucking logistics of load in/outs | Ensure on call/ temporary and technical personnel respect standards and regulations regarding the safety of theatre equipment and apply safe work methods |

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities | KSAs | Must have basic experience in the following areas: Stage Lighting, Sound and Video | Must have basic knowledge of stage direction and stage verbiage | Must have the ability to pay attention to detail and have strong interpersonal skills to handle clients, employees, and interdepartmental | Must be literate in Windows 95 and above, Excel, Word, Outlook and possess the ability to learn new software quickly | Must be able to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time, | Must have the ability to bend from the waist, reach overhead, twist, kneel, stoop, and lift up to 50 lbs. without restriction | Must have the ability to maintain physical stamina and proper mental attitude while working under pressure | Strong understanding of safe working loads, safety factors and rigging principles | Fluency in English, both spoken and written is essential | Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be exposed to environmental factors such as frequent hot/cold temperatures |
