You will also set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. Principal Duties & Responsibilities | Know and study the tram operation manual for safe operations of the tram per DCC | Operate the tram in a safe manner, know the entire bypass and over-ride function of the tram system, ride the tram car twice daily to check for vandalism and cleanliness, complete operation sheets daily | Assist in trash/debris removal in Facilities shops, assist Facility Technicians, assist with all emergency tram operations, collect/carry required parts materials and/or equipment to designated work areas, assist with demolition and clean up on construction projects | Pick up parts and supplies from vendors, keep property maintenance department's warehouse clean and orderly | Operate motorized/power equipment such as skyjack, forklift, scissor lift, jack hammer and other heavy machinery, fuel and service engineering vehicles, maintain inventory of keys and tools in the Engineering Tool Room | Work under minimal supervision to complete tasks in a timely manner | Keep informed and updated on current techniques and technical methods and advise Shift Supervisor of any unusual conditions within the property | Maintain a constant awareness of property cleanliness, safety and accident prevention, able to wear/use personal protective equipment (p.p.e.) | Perform other job-related duties as requested |
