Principal Duties & Responsibilities | Provide security and protection for our guests, employees, and company property; uphold law and order in conventions in conjunction with local law enforcement, administer first aid and assist injured guests or employees, ensure proper authorities are contacted | Remain alert for any suspicious persons or activities and report any safety hazards immediately to maintenance | Answer guests’ questions and furnish detailed information on facilities, attractions, retail shops, food and beverage locations | Knowledgeable and use of radio communication procedures and corresponding codes | React professionally and rationally in emergency and pressure situations, restrain intoxicated, disorderly, or insubordinate guests or remove them from premises | Follow the established procedures for escorting and assist necessary employees to cash control | Communicate professionally with management | Promote and practice safety awareness and behavior, adhering to safety standards and direct emergency vehicles when called upon |
