The primary purpose of the Model & Cocktail Server role is to provide exceptional beverage service while delivering an engaging and immersive guest experience that aligns with the venue's brand. This role combines high-level hospitality with dynamic promotional and marketing responsibilities, including social media engagement, guest interaction, and public representation of the venue. The position supports venue visibility and guest retention through proactive marketing, modeling, and participation in internal and external promotional events. Team members are expected to maintain the highest standards of service, appearance, and professionalism while fostering a vibrant, high-energy atmosphere that enhances both in-venue and digital guest experiences.


Principal Duties & Responsibilities

Provide and expedite beverage orders for guests, taking drink orders

Actively market venue; which includes participating in weekly marketing requirements and voluntary outings, including but not limited to:

Assist in developing venue database through networking and completing data cards

Build and establish personal clientele list

Minimum number of posting and post sharing requirements weekly

Posting and engaging (liking and commenting) with the venue’s social media posts, as well as engaging with review sites, such as Yelp

Actively use social media to engage the guest in an immersive and interactive experience

Employees will model in a yearly venue promotional calendar

Employees may be required to do promotional modeling for the venue, with activations outside of the venue. I.e. activations around Park MGM, The Park, T-Mobile or other locations to promote the venue

Actively encourage guests to participate in the social experience by posting and tagging

Maintain table cleanliness using silent service approach

Consistently maintain a well groomed appearance, posture and hygiene

Itemize bills correctly and efficiently process payments; following established check settlement procedures

Maintain cleanliness and stock of assigned areas, side stations, tables, and POS stations

Maintain quality services standards by visiting guests’ tables and processing/executing services requests

Command full menu knowledge and preparation techniques

Greet guests in a positive, friendly manner, and exemplifying MGM SHOW standards

Perform all opening and closing duties, based upon shift assignment

May perform in public relations capacity, representing venue and Park MGM, which may require designer or special wardrobe and multiple costume changes

Communicate with management and service team to fulfill and address any issues or needs requested by guests or other employees

Participate in bottle presentations in venue as well as promotional events and programs

Participate in private events when scheduled

Adhere to and enforce company specific safety policies
