You will also set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW memories they will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us. | | | | | |
Principal Duties & Responsibilities | Coordinate guest limousine reservation requests with casino hosts and VIP personnel | Maintain accurate records of all transportation activities in the department | Communicate through two‐way radio or cellular telephone with limousine and shuttle bus drivers to understand constant status and location; communicate through a multi‐line phone system with other departments and properties to assist both drivers and guests | Use computer programs to track airline flights, review limousine reservations, find addresses and map driving routes | Order extra limousines from outside companies forspecial events and areas outside average driving distances | Train newly hired dispatchers on working with radios, computer programs such as Customer Relations Management (CRM), answering multi‐line phone system and dispatching | Prioritize guest reservations / dispatches and assign errand requests to runners | Answer incoming calls and assist when necessary or direct calls to appropriate areas |

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities | KSAs | Troubleshoot complex problems and resolve any issues in a timely manner. | Basic knowledge or Proficiency of computer software to include Outlook, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint as well as office equipment, i.e. telephone, copier, fax machine | Excellent organizational skills to function effectively under time constraints and within established deadlines, with particular attention to detail | Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts |
