The Plumber is responsible for the proper maintenance and repair of all property and equipment within their specialty. Must comply with all department and company rules, regulations, policies, procedures and internal controls and government regulations.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities
Responsible for reading and understanding blueprint schematics, installing all plumbing fixtures, maintenance and repair of all plumbing equipment and managing work orders.
Perform routine to complex maintenance and repair work on all plumbing equipment and applicable systems throughout the property.
Responsible for completion of all jobs assigned by department Management.
Understand the layout of the property, hotel rooms, and equipment.
Maintain a constant awareness of property cleanliness, safety and accident prevention; able to wear/use personal protective equipment (p.p.e.).

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
KSAs
Working knowledge of water, sewer, natural gas systems, plumbing and piping systems, storm drains, catch basins and gas fired heaters.
Familiarity with local, state and federal codes.
Ability to perform heavy lifting of at least 75 lbs.
Ability to visually observe equipment and/or property.
Ability to read, wrtie and speak English at a level sufficient to comprehend chemical SDS paperwork.
Ability to understand and comply with all company safety policies and their requirements.
Able to collaborate and work well in a team environment.
