All duties are to be performed in accordance with federal, state, and local laws, regulations, ordinances, and department and company policies, practices, and procedures to ensure overall facility integrity. | | | | | |
Principal Duties & Responsibilities | Collecting/carrying required parts materials and equipment to designated work areas; assisting with office, furniture and casino equipment moves, and with demolition and clean up on construction projects | Pick up parts and supplies from vendors, keep the property maintenance department warehouse clean and orderly | Responsible for completion of all jobs assigned by Dispatch or Management and maintaining logbooks | Operate motorized/power equipment; skyjack, forklift, scissor lift, jackhammer, and other heavy machinery; fuel and service engineering vehicles; maintain inventory of keys and tools in the Engineering Tool Room | Work under minimal supervision to complete tasks in a timely manner | Keep informed and updated on current techniques and technical methods and advise the Shift Supervisor of any unusual conditions within the property | Maintain constant awareness of personal and property cleanliness, safety, and accident prevention; able to wear/use personal protective equipment (p.p.e.) | Perform other job-related duties as requested |
