Principal Duties & Responsibilities | Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service | Responsible for overseeing daily operations associated with assigned shift | Conduct frequent inspections of all public areas, office, back-of-the-house, and Casino in order to maintain a high standard of cleanliness | Working knowledge and understanding of scheduling and labor management | Organizational skills to function effectively under time constraints, attention to detail, effective training, coaching and strong leadership qualities |
