The Software Engineering Manager will provide strong hands-on technical leadership and management for one of our engineering teams. The incumbent will help execute a comprehensive strategy for leveraging modern technologies to develop highly available services, code, QA, and release processes. They will champion a unified architecture and work with service, front-end and security engineering teams to drive the development and delivery of sophisticated and secure software products.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities
Recruit, train and mentor a team of engineers.
Estimate engineering tasks. Participate in forming roadmaps and sprint plans.
Research technology and patterns. Provide recommendations and make decisions on technology choices in their area.
Provide peer review of code changes for other team members.
Design and implement software services and automation.
Provide on-call 24/7 support for their services.
Perform other job-related duties as requested.

Bachelor degree or equivalent experience and 4+ years of prior relevant experience

Excellent knowledge of algorithms and data structures.
