Job Profile Title: | Coord Procurement Sr | Job Code: | 11570 | Profile Title: | 11570 Coord Procurement Sr | Grade / Band: | 08 | FLSA Status: | Non-Exempt | The Procurement Planning Coordinator has the primary responsibility of ensuring material availability to support domestic property operations in specified categories (Linen & Terry, Restricted Beverage, etc.). The coordinator will work closely with Global Procurement, COE's, Property Operations, and Suppliers to manage inventory levels, expedite orders, support product specification revisions, warehouse receiving and transfers. | | | | | |
Principal Duties & Responsibilities | Collaborate to determine and establish optimal inventory levels based on item specification, forecast, demand variation, and lead times | to ensure efficient supply chain operations | Monitor the status of open purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery of materials, including timely resolution, communication and | mitigation of potential issues. Expedite and defer orders as required based on schedule/inventory changes | Coordinate material depletion schedules through product changes, obsolescence, or supplier changes | Manage and resolve issues regarding PO to invoice discrepancies, returns and quality issues with suppliers and internal departments | for categories managed | Daily monitoring of all domestic property inventory and forecast reports for necessary cross-property transfers or additional supplier | orders as needed and perform distribution allocations from centralized warehouses |
