Sr Software Engineer of Identity and Access Management will be responsible for designing, engineering, implementation of all IAM technologies across enterprise. This role will serve as a subject matter expert in identity management and authentication technologies. The individual must be a motivated team player with a positive attitude, solid interpersonal skills. The individual must be hands‐on, work under minimal supervision and have the ability to work in a fast‐paced environment. As Sr Software Engineer, you will have strong knowledge of identity services, RBAC, PIM/PAM, MFA, SSO & related standards (e.g. SAML, OAUTH, NTLM, LDAP, Kerberos, PKI, etc.) and you have experience of IAM products like SailPoint, BeyondTrust, OKTA, Azure AD, Active Directory.


Principal Duties & Responsibilities

Contribute key inputs to the strategy MGMRI will follow to achieve a robust and leading identity management program

Architect, build, test, deploy, and monitor MGMRI’s IAM systems and beyond

Assessing requirements for Identity and Access Management solutions to meet stakeholders needs

Help build technical and non‐technical processes, policies, and standards that reflect security best practices and minimizes MGMRI's security risks

Build and maintain mutual trust with key stakeholders in the company, such as Engineering, Compliance, IT, HR

Act as a key technical resource in the IAM space for the organization

Performed full implementation of IGA tools like SailPoint IdentityIQ, including custom development and configuration.

Extensive experience with running large‐scale company‐wide access reviews programs, implementing life cycle management, SOD, RBAC

Experience implementing PIM/PAM solution on tools like BeyondTrust.
