This role facilitates customer engagement campaigns to achieve the maximum return on investment for each campaign. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and MGM Resorts International policies, practices, and procedures. | | | | | |
Principal Duties & Responsibilities | Sets the overall strategy and facilitation of all aspects of customer engagement campaigns for marketing efforts (including perpetual offer, transient offers, special offers, and events targeted at the Manager’s assigned customer group) | Proposes when to engage with customers, what type of engagement is optimal, and to whom within their assigned customer group to send specific campaigns based on expertise and historical performance | Collaborates with property marketing/brand teams to determine cross-property tradeoffs and campaign prioritization to get the highest return on investment | Responsible for coordinating with Commercial Analytics and Data Science teams to build “pro-formas” for the campaigns, including expected engagement (e.g., clicks, opens, etc.) response (e.g., bookings, spend, etc.), profit (attributable revenue less offer investments, campaign costs, etc.) and occupancy | Responsible for proposing specific tests to Personalization pilot teams to improve key metrics, in coordination with the Commercial Analytics and Data Science teams | Continuously improves campaigns relative to internal benchmarks including revenue and income; recommends progressive and best practice customer engagement campaigns; achieves key performance metrics | Execute on property-specific offer requests to implement customer-focused engagement strategy | Coordinate with Multi-channel Engagement team to manage contact strategy throughout the entire customer engagement life-cycle | Incorporate learnings from personalization pilots and input from Customer Growth teams into overall demand generation strategy | Work with Performance Measurement team to assess campaign success and understand areas of improvement | Facilitate customer engagement outcomes for their assigned customer groups | Assists in facilitation of Revenue Management Pacing meetings | Provides leadership for all reporting department’s Human Resources responsibilities to include creating a work environment that promotes teamwork, performance feedback, recognition, mutual respect, and employee satisfaction; quality hiring, training, and succession planning processes that encompass the company’s purpose, engagement, and respect commitment |
