This role is responsible for shaping the organization's visual identity, content output, and technological modernization of the creative function. The VP is a practitioner-leader with deep expertise in creative execution, setting high standards through hands-on knowledge of craft and process. They foster an agile, agency-like culture and drive the integration of Artificial Intelligence across the creative ecosystem—developing self-service models, scaling content output, and aligning creative strategy with the speed of the business. | | | | | |
Principal Duties & Responsibilities | Lead the creative vision and establish and uphold the overall creative standard, ensuring all content and design work reflects a modern, premium, and strategically aligned brand identity. | Drive AI-Powered creative transformation and lead the adoption and integration of AI across creative workflows to increase speed, scale, efficiency, and innovation while protecting brand integrity. | Oversee the Creative Services Organization and direct and develop the Creative Design, Media Production, and Creative Operations functions through empowered executive leadership. | Champion creative excellence through craft expertise and provide practitioner-led guidance rooted in deep technical and creative knowledge across design, storytelling, production, and execution. | Scale Omnichannel Content Production and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality creative assets across digital, social, print, video, property, and enterprise marketing channels. | Optimize creative operations & workflow efficiency and partner closely with operations leadership to streamline project routing, production pipelines, resource allocation, budgeting, and speed-to-market. | Develop self-service creative solutions and build scalable, AI-enabled systems and templates that empower cross-functional teams and property operators to generate approved on-brand assets independently. | Serve as the Enterprise AI & Innovation Leader and educate and influence senior leaders and teams on emerging AI capabilities, operational efficiencies, and responsible implementation practices. | Partner cross-functionally across marketing & operations to collaborate with Brand, Paid Media, Social Media, CRM, and property leadership to align creative strategies with business priorities and operational realities. | Solve complex creative & production challenges and act as the senior escalation point for high-stakes campaigns, production obstacles, and enterprise creative problem-solving. | Build a high-performance creative culture to foster a collaborative, agile, and accountability-driven environment that encourages innovation, adaptability, and continuous improvement. | Mentor and develop creative talent to Inspire, coach, and grow multidisciplinary creative teams while building leadership capability and future-ready skillsets across the department. |
