Job Profile Title: | Specialist Financial Investigations | Job Code: | 11806 | Profile Title: | 11806 Specialist Financial Investigations | Grade / Band: | 08 | FLSA Status: | Non-Exempt | As a Financial Investigations Specialist, you will audit, review and analyze financial transactions to ensure that they are properly investigated for Suspicious Activity, Know Your Customer and reported across all lines of business, as well as look for possible money laundering and/or violations of Title 31 regulations. | | | | | |
Principal Duties & Responsibilities | Perform and review Anti‐Money Laundering investigations, providing analysis and documentation. | Provide information to department management to assist in their CDD reports | Use of public records research for patrons’ financial stability/history | Create detail reports to inquiries from management | Use of Lexis Nexis/World Check to analyze patron data | Packet Creation to support property monthly compliance agendas | Assists in the preparation of regulatory reports (Suspicious Activity Reports) | Review of processing wires and checks in a timely to ensure while ensuring the company’s third‐ party policy is being followed |
