The Assistant Slot Tech Manager provides communications on changes, issues or status and appropriately distributes to affected parties. The Assistant Slot Technical Manager models core values of the department in their deadlines with others and develops and implements practices that ensure the satisfaction, recognition, and engagement of all. The Assistant Manager works to ensure processes are operating effectively and efficiently, implementing best practices and improvements in a standardized way across all related areas. | | | | | |
Principal Duties & Responsibilities | Assist Slot Technical Manager with the overall maintenance and performance of casino gaming equipment. Remain up to date on all advances in technology, including training for the Slot Technical department employees | Responsible for machine moves, installations/removals, conversions, and machine repairs pursuant to jurisdictional regulations | Maintain records of all machines on property, including par sheets, compliance and regulatory documents, machine moves, etc | Assist Slot Technical Manager with Human Resources responsibilities for assigned department(s) to include creating a work environment that promotes teamwork, performance feedback, recognition, mutual respect, and employee satisfaction; quality hiring, training and succession planning processes; compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and collective bargaining agreements | Schedule all property aspects of casino game projects while coordinating with the Slot Technical Manager, Corporate Slot Strategy team and Corporate Table Games Strategy team. Acts as a liaison between vendors and property departments | Order and maintain inventory of parts while collaborating with the Slot Technical Manager to maintain adequate par levels for the properties | Promote and maintains the highest level of customer service to all internal and external guests |
