Job Profile Title: | Analyst IAM | Job Code: | 11830 | Profile Title: | 11830 Analyst IAM | Grade / Band: | IC2 | FLSA Status: | Exempt | The Identity Access Management (IAM) Analyst is responsible for executing, administering and operational support MGM RI information security Identity and Access functions and its supporting systems (HRMS, Gaming and PCI applications). This role will serve as a subject matter expert in identity management and authentication technologies. The individual must be a motivated team player with a positive attitude, solid interpersonal skills, hands‐on, work under minimal supervision and have the ability to work in a fast‐paced environment. Responsibilities will include overall systems management; support and execution of Identity and Access Management (IAM) strategy and the related solutions/projects; organizational awareness, processes and procedures and compliance with audits/assessments related to security administration. Working closely with the IAM Directors, Governance & Compliance and Information Security teams, the Analyst, Identity and Access Management will require coordination, communication with all levels of MGM RI business, Project Management Office, and Information Technology teams to execute automated access provisioning solutions. The IAM Analyst will need to demonstrate technical SME knowledge, drive, and agility within the IAM. The individual will have strong knowledge of identity services, RBAC, PIM/PAM, MFA, SSO & related standards (e.g. SAML, OAUTH, NTLM, LDAP, Kerberos, PKI, etc.) and experience of IAM products like SailPoint IIQ, BeyondTrust Password Safe EPM, OKTA, Azure AD, and Active Directory | | | | | |
Principal Duties & Responsibilities | Contribute key inputs to the strategy MGMRI will follow to achieve a robust and leading identity management program. | Architect, build, test, deploy, and monitors MGMRI’s IAM systems and beyond. | Assesses requirements for Identity and Access Management solutions to meet stakeholders needs. | Supports building technical and non‐technical processes, policies, and standards that reflect security best practices and minimizes MGMRI's security risks. | Build and maintains mutual trust with key stakeholders in the company, such as Engineering, Compliance, IT, and HR. | Act as a key technical resource in the IAM space for the organization. | Perform other job‐related duties as requested. |
