The Fitness Instructor will set the stage for guest experience with a welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, the candidate will own their experience to create WOW moments and memories they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities
Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service to exceed guest expectations.
Provide services including but not limited to, follow directions thoroughly, multitask in various situations, understand guest service needs, work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team, work with minimal supervision and maintain confidentiality of guest information and pertinent hotel data.
Maintain a working knowledge of all fitness equipment in the fitness area, retail and be informed of the latest trends and techniques.
Promote and sell service treatments, enhancements, upgrades and retail products.

Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal forms.

Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts.
Maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance adhering to company standards.
